Carobeth Zorzos, M.A., C. Psych., BCBA

Carobeth is a Registered Psychologist and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has worked with children, adolescents, and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders, intellectual/ developmental disabilities, behaviour disorders, and learning disabilities since 2001. She has a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Carobeth has worked in both government funded and private practice settings, and her past consultation experience includes a wide variety of settings, including home and centre based IBI/ABA programs, schools, group homes, residential treatment programs, long term care facilities, adult day programs, inpatient mental health settings, and children’s aid societies. Carobeth has taught in the Autism and Behavioural Sciences and Behavioural Science and Technology Programs at George Brown College and was a member of their BST Program Advisory Committee.

Carobeth is an active member of the behaviour analysis community. She has served for 10 years on the Board of Directors for Ontario Association for Behaviour Analysis, and is currently a member of the ONTABA Professional Regulation Committee, which is exploring regulation options for behaviour analysts in Ontario. Carobeth also serves on the Board of Directors for Autism Ontario.

Currently, Carobeth is the Director of Autism and Behavioural Services at Dalton Associates and provides clinical supervision for IBI/ABA programs in the Toronto, Central East, Central West, and Hamilton-Niagara regions. She also provides psychological and diagnostic assessments for children, adolescents, and adults.

Paul H. Watters, B.A., B.Ed., M.Ed.

Paul H. Watters was trained at both the University of Waterloo and at the University of Western Ontario. Paul holds a Bachelors Degree (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Waterloo, a Bachelors of Education (B.Ed.), including teaching credentials, from the University of Western Ontario, and a Masters Degree in Counselling (M.Ed.) from the University of Western Ontario. Paul is a Registered Psychotherapist (R.P.) and is also a certified Teacher (OCT). He is also a member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists.

Paul has over 33 years experience working in both Educational and Clinical settings. He has worked for the Children’s Hospital of Western Ontario (London), as a member of the Child and Adolescent Centre, in the Departments of Psychiatry and Psychology. Paul has also worked at Madam Vanier (London) and St. Agatha’s Children’s Centre (Waterloo Region). He has also worked for 4 different school Boards: Waterloo District Catholic School Board, the London District Catholic School Board, the St. Clair District Catholic School Board, and most recently he is retired from the Lambton Kent District School Board (Psychology Department). Paul specializes in Learning Disabilities, but also has extensive experience in Counselling and Crisis Intervention. Paul is familiar with the contemporary Cognitive Behavioural approaches and Mindfulness, but has a special interest and enthusiasm for Existential-Phenomenological Psychology.
